Happy V Day!
This is Alice's first appearance in print, on the cover of the Valentine's Day issue of the Washington Post Magazine in '04. She's since gotten a haircut and a face-reshaping. But haven't we all?
Yeah, she was originally going to have permanently-staticky hair, but it was too hard to draw all the time. Ideally, I'll get Alice down to five basic pen strokes. Six for Petey.
I think her nose is bigger than it used to be. Or maybe her head is smaller?
