Here's the cover of the next one, courtesy of the very patient Graphic Goddess Caty Neis of Andrews & McMeel. Four feet eleven more inches of this stuff and you'll have a five foot shelf of Cul de Sac to impress your less literate friends.
As the president of the Richard Thompson Appreciation Society, Deep South Chapter, I do not feel I should have to wait until September like all your regular fans. I'll start watching my mailbox tomorrow.
Cool stuff. Is Alice supposed to look like a statue in the middle of the park? If not it would be neat to have one of those at our local playground. :)

Sweet, can't wait!!!
September brings us a new Cul de Sac book and the Beatles Rock Band game. I can't wait to begin my life as a hermit recluse.

Hoping to have a reason to visit the US and get this wonderful addition for my personal library.
Congratulations from Colombia!
Can I be the president of the RTAS for South America? ;-)
And you scored Mo Willems! Wow, you must have connections in high places these days...
Can't wait to buy it!!! Any chance of you doing a NYC book signing?
Woo! Mo Willems.
I used to watch "Sheep in the Big City", a short-lived cartoon that Mo created for Cartoon Network. This oughta be neat.
What welcome news. I have worn my copy of the first Cul de Sac book down to a nubbin.
Richard,
Congratulations on your second book! Your comic strip is absolutely brilliant!
YEA ! ! !

Since Summer is here about a reprint of you great Richard's Poor Almanak about the different terms DC residents have for humidity? Please?
i cannot wait. you have fast become my favorite cartoonist.
I'm riding high on my Graphic Goddess moniker. Thanks Richard--brilliant work!
I have to force myself not to read Cul De Sac online each day so I can get the books and enjoy them more.
Has your syndicate made any attempt so far to get Cul De Sac printed in any Australian newspapers?
