    I always thought his head looked like a light bulb...the "bad" incandescent kind...

    And you know ... if you shake a burned-out incandescent light bulb it makes a kind of tinkley-rattling sound. And it's probably only marginally more dangerous than the baby rattle you'd get at WalMart.
