SPX - The Expo
So, who all is going to the Small Press Expo in Bethesda (south Rockville) next month (October)? I am, I am! And at some point I'll be signing books (mine).

I'll be there with my first mini comic. (Just the one copy, in a plastic bag and cardboard backing.) Looking forward to it!

Not doing SPX, but we are setting up at the Baltimore Comicon in two weeks.

I'll be there. Table D11B, which also happens to be my underwear size.

I'll be there on Sunday- hopefully Amazon will have shipped my Cul De Sac books to me by then!

I'm there baby! Four minicomics and a book. (Wasn't that a Hugh Grant movie?)

Oooh! Does this mean I can buy a book from you at the show?

He can sign mine too. As long as he sells them first.

If that's Raina T of the Babysitter's Club - sell him your books in return. His younger daughter will appreciate it.

I'll be there kicking it new school, selling my FIRST ever minicomic and sitting with Chris Pitzer and Josh Cotter at the AdHouse Books booth. I can't wait to steal--I mean BUY-- the new book, Richard!

Just an FYI on the new book: Amazon- delayed shipment. Barnes and Nobles & Borders both have it listed as sold out or in second printing(?) but expect it in the next few weeks. Local bookshop a couple blocks from me said the same thing.
I guess I'll just hold off on canceling that Amazon order, unless one of those guys gets it in first...

I went to my local Barnes and Noble this afternoon and they actually had the book! It looks great and has plenty of Washington Post only Sundays I'd never seen before and so I couldn't resist buying it- even though I have a few copies on order through Amazon. Congratulations on a terrific collection, Richard.

I'll be there too. Table W16A with some Bo Nanas books and some other stuff. Look forward to seeing you.

Great! I'll see you all at SPX (I hear John Kovaleski will have Moon Pies at his table, though I may be wrong).

Shoebox, I can't figure out Amazon. Like Kevin, I saw it at B&N on an actual shelf, but a search of the B&N website shows it's available mostly in the mid-to-east US. I guess it just takes while to spread across the country.

Patty, we'll miss you. Can we send you a Moon Pie? Best of luck on the job search.

I'll be there. Save a copy of Cul-de-Sac for me! Haven't decided whether Saturday or Sunday is best ... Richard, do they have you speaking on any panels on either day?

I'll be on the train bright and early Saturday morning so I can make it down there for the day. I'm looking forward to meeting you, Richard, and everyone else too. There's going to be so many people there. I can't wait.
